SHIPPING POLICY
If your product is damaged upon arrival, please send us a message via our "Contact Us" form on our website. Please retain the original packaging materials in case we need it returned back to us.

Shipping Time Frames:
We ship your items within 5-8 business days. We are a family-owned business working a 9-5 job, so we hope that you give us grace as we work to ship your order as soon as possible. If by chance there are delays with your order, we will contact you immediately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns:
If your product arrives to you and you are not satisfied with your item, please send us a message via our "Contact Us" form on our website explaining the issue. In many cases, we will gladly replace your item for free if it arrives:
♡ Broken: candle glass/ lid arrived broken
♡ Missing: item(s) missing from the product
♡ Wrong order: we sent you the wrong item(s)/ incorrect size (please provide the order number in the form so that this can be verified)
In the instance that your candle arrives melted, we are unable to replace or refund the candle as many factors outside of our control can contribute to this. We will diligently pack the item in packaging that we hope would keep your candle cool; however, candles typically begin to melt at 85 degrees so we suggest that you be readily available for the delivery to ensure that it does not sit outside or in a warm place.

Refunds:
If you do not wish to have your item(s) replaced, we would love to offer you free shipping on your next purchase in lieu of a refund. At this time, we do not offer refunds.
